easily ll the moulds for cakes, the ice cream tubs and large ice cream cups, as well as to decorating several cakes.

The machine has a 9 litre tub, 1 cylinder with 1.7 kilos capacity, managed by a patented electronic card, enabling to:

•Check separately the temperature of the tanks and that of the cylinders
•To schedule the ice cream or frozen yogurt consistency
•To manage the production times with a remarkable energy saving
•To manage all types of alarms
•To control the number of deliveries and working hours.

Furthermore, it has also a washing programme production and night cycle that maintains a constant temperature both in the tank and into the
cylinders. The machine can be supplied with gear pumps for high overrun or with gravity system. Condensation can be air or water.
On request, we make available a series of accessories which allow different working processes and various uses of the machine.
